1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gawler-Ride’s services (the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, refrain from using the Services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of future revisions.

2. Definitions

4. Accessibility & Non-Discrimination

4.2. Non-Discrimination: Services are provided without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, disability, or other protected attributes.

5. Booking & Reservations

5.1. Accuracy: Provide correct pickup/drop-off details. Incorrect information may incur additional charges.

5.2. Cancellations:

  • Cancel via website, or phone.
  • No refunds for cancellations <15 minutes pre-pickup, no-shows, or post-driver dispatch.
  • 5.3. Waiting Time: Drivers wait 5 minutes post-arrival; waiting fees apply thereafter ($[X] per minute).

6. Fares & Payments

6.1. Fare Calculation: Based on distance, time, tolls, parking fees, demand (dynamic pricing), or route changes. Quotes are estimates.

11. Safety & Monitoring

11.1. Right to Refuse Service: Drivers may refuse service to intoxicated, aggressive, or unsafe passengers.

11.2. Dashcams: Vehicles may use recording devices for safety. Footage stored per our Privacy Policy.

12. Privacy

13. Intellectual Property
